Hi. I'm Karen Holland and I am a marriage counselor and an individual counselor. I specialize in couples counseling, premarital counseling and family counseling. I teach couples how to get along, be good friends and lovers and create a marriage for a lifetime. I work with a variety of marriage and family issues such as infidelity, communication and conflict problems, sex and intimacy issues, parenting, family concerns, interracial relationships, and much more!
I have several years of experience and training with family of origin issues, healing trauma, and learning how to better manage your emotion and handle stress. In individual therapy, I use a powerful method called Brainspotting to help people release trauma and better manage anxiety, depression and life stress. It's also create to unleash creativity and mental focus!
As a marriage counselor, I believe it is essential to take personal responsibility for ourselves and in our relationships. Because of this, I strive to help individuals, couples and families use their strengths to get out of "victim mode" and change their life! We all have the answers inside us to find happiness, success and well being. Sometimes we just need a little guidance getting there. I would be honored to share that journey with you.

"Karen is a truly gifted counselor, and she has impacted my life in a most blessed way. Karen truly listens to you, and she connects with you in a way that I have never experienced with other counselors. She has taught me so much about myself, and helped me learn to identify and shift my destructive patterns and, more importantly, begin to learn compassion for myself. Because of Karen, my eyes are opened up to a whole new world around me; and I am truly happy."
